This past season was probably the 'most funnest' year I've had; I got to ride hiking trails in France, the bike park in Andorra, get kicked out of a NJ bar, and watch Steve Peat capture the World Championships in Australia.
I felt that I had missed out on some important races and failed to perform at some, but like everything, it had its ups and downs and in the end I'm pleased with how I rode. It was good motivation to train harder and enter next season strong and confident.
I was recently awarded the Cycling B.C. Female Downhill Athlete of the year award. I'm honored to win it in my first year as Pro Elite and look forward to next year. I'd like to thank MMR for another righteous season of riding and racing bikes- I got to meet a lot of other MMR coaches, friends and family that are stoked on riding and I look forward to more shralppin' with them.
